The City of Leavenworth (City) is undertaking a major periodic review of its Comprehensive Plan and development regulations, as required by the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA). As part of this process, the City contracted with BHC Consulting to create draft Land Use and Housing Technical Appendices to the plan.
